Para mim, seria uma combinação de sessões e networking!
As sessões são uma ótima oportunidade para conhecer novas ideias, entender como outras empresas estão usando o Genesys Cloud e, principalmente, descobrir abordagens que podemos levar para desafios reais do dia a dia.
Mas o networking tem um valor enorme também. A Comunidade Genesys já permite trocar experiências com profissionais de diferentes lugares, e poder encontrar essas pessoas pessoalmente, conversar sobre projetos, desafios, boas práticas e até aquelas soluções que nasceram depois de muita tentativa e erro seria muito especial.
Acredito que a melhor parte de um evento como o Xperience é justamente essa combinação: aprender com o conteúdo e aprender com as pessoas.

For me, it would definitely be a combination of the sessions and networking!
The sessions are a great opportunity to discover new ideas, understand how other organizations are using Genesys Cloud, and, most importantly, find approaches that can be applied to real-world challenges.
But networking is equally valuable. The Genesys Community already gives us the opportunity to exchange experiences with professionals from different places, and being able to meet those people in person, talk about projects, challenges, best practices, and even those solutions that came after a lot of trial and error would be something really special.
I think that is the best part of an event like Xperience: learning from the content and learning from the people.
I hope I get the opportunity to attend a future edition!
