    Hello everyone,

    Is this feature suppose to work with WebMessaging ?

    I'm able to see knowledges articles during an interaction, but they don't appear automaticly

    Hi Jeremy, could you expand on what you mean by "they don't appear automatically"? Bot messages returning knowledge articles via Web Messaging is a supported feature.

    Hi Chad, i'm talking about listing knowledge articles during an interaction with an agent. (Fresh new feature released yesteday)

    Hi Jeremy,

    The automatic surfacing feature is part of the new Agent Assist Add-On. Only manual search will work in the base licence
