Hi,
I'm looking for a way to automatically send a agent greeting message that includes the agents name directly when the chat is connected. Have any one done this before? Cant find any good endpoints for this and there is no option to send chat messages in secure flows.

Hi @Oscar_T - what are you trying to solve with agent greeting? We have an Idea to advertise Agent's name & avatar once the Agent answers (somehow a good approximation of Agent's presence), and this would become visible in Messenger's header: would this help? > https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CEWMM-I-146

Hi,
Yes I think that would at least be an option. Any solutions for this now though? I know we can set a "Send Response" node in architect but that would be sent directly entering the flow instead of when an agent is answering the chat.
What we are looking for is something similar to automatic event that informs the customer that an agent will talk to them now.
