    Hi,

    We retrieve conversation detail data via jobs. I understand that there's a delay in the availability of the data.

    Conversation Detail job (genesys.cloud)

    However based on the information on the above webpage one can query today during business hours and likely wiil have data of the previous day to around 6 pm.

    Based on this assumption: if I query now during business hours for data of the day before yesterday, I should have a complete dataset for the day before yesterday. Right? Or should we really wait 48 hours to be sure the data is complete? (I read this in a post of 2021)

    No timelines are guaranteed, this is why they have both an API and a notification you can poll to know when the data is available through and if it changes;

    GET /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/jobs/availability

    v2.analytics.conversations.details.jobs.availability

    You can watch either of those for the data to be "through" the period you care about or confirm it has achieved a minimum threshold of completeness before you pull again.
