Summary
POST /api/v2/routing/assessments/jobs now documents and returns a new error message when the backend blocks bulk Standard BA creation when one or more accessible queues have a Benefit Assessment completed within the last 7 days:
- HTTP status: 409
- Error code: ba.completed.too.recently
- Message: A full evaluation of all queues under your administration cannot proceed because the most recent Benefit Assessment results for one or more queues are less than 7 days old as of today’s date. Please try again once at least 7 days have passed since the latest Benefit Assessment results for all queues.
Successful create-job responses and other existing error mappings are unchanged. Shadow BA triggers are not subject to this error.

Details
The UI now allows administrators to initiate Evaluate All Queues more frequently, including when Predictive Routing is already enabled. To prevent bulk Standard Benefit Assessments from being executed too frequently, the backend now enforces a 7-day cooldown period. The Public API has been updated to expose this behavior through a stable, documented error response that can be handled consistently by client applications.
Customer Impact
Applications calling the bulk Benefit Assessment Jobs endpoint may receive the following response when any accessible queue has completed a Standard Benefit Assessment within the last seven days:
- HTTP Status: 409 Conflict
- Error Code: ba.completed.too.recently
Clients should handle this response by waiting until all eligible queues are outside the seven-day cooldown period before retrying the request.
