Hi everyone,
We would like to be able to extract for a high number of interaction the speech to text transcript. But i do not find any way to extract it more than 1 per 1.
- Is it possible ?
- If not, can we do better than getting the 3rd pary URL, then get the content from the URL ? it will be time consuming for machine to do 2 request per conversation Id for 300 interaction per day.

At this time, I believe it is the only possible way - 1 by 1 + get content from the URL.
