Hello all! Everything has been going well so far. We're on track to release to GA in September. A couple updates I wanted to send to everybody:
1. Accessing the Admin Area
To manage custom formulas at the org level:

Navigate to the Admin section in Genesys Cloud.

Scroll to or search for the Analytics category.

You'll find a Custom Calculations tab there.
This is where admins can centrally manage, edit, and share formulas across your organization.
2. Conditional Logic Coming Soon
We're planning an enhancement that will let users add conditions to their calculations (e.g., "only include calls over X seconds"). You can track and vote on this idea here:

3. Formatting Options Idea
Another improvement we're expecting to roadmap: the ability to specify the output format of a calculated value (e.g., time, percentage, decimal).

4. Enrollment Update – 10 Spots Left
We've had a great response so far - 40 organizations have already registered, and we still have 10 open spots. If you haven't enrolled yet and would like to participate, now's a good time to sign up.
5. UI Update for Formula Editor
We're making a tweak to the formula editor interface:
You'll now be prompted to name your calculation first, followed by the formula input. This should help better organize and distinguish metrics right from creation.
