We bill some of our customers based on their PureCloud user licenses as retrieved from the /api/v2/billing/reports/billableusage API. We’ve noticed that we now have licenses appended with - OD. Can you explain the change and what the - OD licenses are?
Eg:
PureCloud 3 Concurrent User and PureCloud 3 Concurrent User - OD

The new licenses that are suffixed with ` - OD` are "on demand" licenses. These were added in support of future billing models. These licenses only apply to Engage hybrid customers and can be ignored if the org is a normal Genesys Cloud org.
