Hi,
We are trying to automate billing for our customers and we get usage/billing information from the trusteebillingoverview API endpoint. It works, however I don't see any information related to Genesys Cloud Voice usage (minutes & MRC) in it. Is this a limitation ? Does it require additionnal autorizations ? Is there any other way to get this usage information ?

Hi Laurent,
Right now the trusteebillingoverview API does not provide information on GCV Usage and Billing. Consider this a limitation until the APIs for GCV Usage is made public.
