Hello,
I am using the below billing API to query billed usages per hour. I am having difficult where if I run a query for the last hour it does not populate any information however when i run it for the full day for the previous day it returns values.
The hourly query works for our lab system so not sure why it does not work for our Prod and customer systems.
'api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/billing/reports/...
any help will be appreciated.
