    Hey Everyone,

    The community got a brand-new look today! Unlike our Icons of Horror Trivia, this style will not be going away after Halloween. We would love to hear what you think of the site! We hope you put your fangs away and have nothing but sweet things to say about what we cooked up in the community lab, however, we value your honest opinion most of all - good, bad, lively, or horrifying!

    @Matt Lawson love the new layout! still getting used to everything. I think the new search feature is wonderful  One thing that our customers are disappointed with is the loss of the favorites feature. Hopefully that can return in the same fashion like in the old UI

    From first glance, i'm a big fan of the redesign. I appreciate that Genesys is making visual and navigational changes that feel more modern. So far so good!

    The Community update plus the Orchestrators portal launch are so timely. Although the look is new, refreshing, and more organized/relevant, it still has a familiar feel, which I greatly appreciate.

    I really like the new look-it's much more user-friendly and easier to navigate. One small suggestion: it might be helpful if the main menu remained static while scrolling, with subcategories appearing when hovering over each category. I tend to overlook the "Return to main menu" option, and I'm all about minimizing clicks for efficiency.

    Are you talking about the bar at the top of the page with "Home," "Communities," etc.? Is this on mobile? Trying to see what you are seeing. Pics of a video would be great if you can provide some!

    Hi @Matt Lawson,  Yes, I was talking about the community, but you made me realize a mistake of mine.. The AI ​​assistant I was talking about was from Orchestrators, which, when I can't find something easily, has sent me to the exact community forum.This shows that although they updated the appearance, they haven't affected any of the existing integrations; in fact, they've added some very useful ones.

    I have to say I've seen 'Stranger Things' in my time, but you've really turned this place 'Upside Down'.

    Jokes aside, I think the new look is great and shows Genesys are really considering all types of Genesys users and how our experience can be improved.

    With that being said, there's no tricks here and the new design is a treat to use.

    I'm going to be honest. I have  joined not even a year ago and didn't use this page at all. What I can say now going through it is that it seems fluid and user friendly. Reminds me a little bit of old school designs but with a really nice modern twist. Everything has a purpose, the amount of information on the screen is not overwhelming. It has a really nice balance in terms of color, style and information!

    The new Genesys interface is frightfully clean and eerily easy to navigate. I'm thrilled to see the updates creeping in over the coming months-and I hope they include these wickedly good features:

    • Favorites – So you can summon your most-used options like a magic spell.
    • Dark Mode – Perfect for those who prefer working in the shadows.
    • Combined Contacts Tab – One haunted hall instead of many doors, reducing the number of clicks for internal and external contacts.

    No tricks here ... just treats for a smoother, spook-tacular experience! 👻Kudos to all!!! Looks GREAT!

    I am a sucker for play on words and your post was fun to read. Are you talking about the new Genesys Cloud interface/navigation? If so, I can confirm that favorites is on the roadmap (We talk about it in the latest Q&A Show). For the rest, you might want to check the Ideas Lab.

    I like it a lot. It is clean and open and logically navigable. My only wish, and it may be buried where I haven't found it yet, is for a dark mode. All of the white space eventually gives me a headache... not sure why since I didn't get this from the old version but if I could find a dark mode, that would be awesome!

    Right around the 3rd reply we start talking about dark mode. You can turn it on, but we cannot dev in that environment.

    Personally, I see it as a mix between the original Mac interfaces of the 90's and Windows 95.  Why it is that all software companies are using retro design in all of the interfaces?

    I like the new look, Mostly because it's different. As usual time will tell.

    @Robert Wakefield-Carl I mentioned about the Windows 95 UI to a colleague when referencing a competing platform. They said they weren't born then :(

    Generally looks much nicer.
    Still seeing the odd thing....
    1. The dates, like in Genesys Cloud itself, are in US format. Can it not pick up the browser's settings?
    2. Some options seem to be white on white e.g. the Join Community button is just a white rectangle.
