I am told that the connection between the our on-premise bridge server and PureCloud is using HTTPS SSL. Is this TLS 1.2 or what level of encryption is being used? Thank you!

Hi Patrick! Bridge Server uses TLS 1.2 to communicate with PureCloud. For Data Dips the communication is specifically over a mutually authenticated TLS websocket connection.
