Hi,
I have been looking into a bug in the callbacks api around ending calls. The steps to reproduce are below:
- Open genesys UI
- Subscribe to my conversations in developer tools
- Create a callback.
- Accept through genesys UI
- Make a call
- End the call
- Make another call to the same number
- End the call
The second call will have an error in the subscription on the agent participant similar to this
errorInfo code : "error.ininedgecontrol.session.inactive" message : "session c03f10df-77d2-41f3-ac30-f331c7600f96 is inactive for command cloud.command.disconnect" messageWithParams : "session {sessionId} is inactive for command {type}" messageParams type : "cloud.command.disconnect" sessionId : "c03f10df-77d2-41f3-ac30-f331c7600f96"
I think this is causing odd behaviour and sometimes disconnecting the callback.

Thanks for posting this. If you believe this is a bug, I would encourage to open a support case with the Customer Care team. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/contact-genesys-cloud-care/.
They will triage the bug and then determine what development this item should be assigned to.
