Hi,
Does anyone know of a way to update the Agent Image through the API? We have to update this for a lot of users (1,500) and doing it manually will be painful.
We don't want to change the Profile Picture, just the Agent Image (which is displayed during a Web Messaging session).
Looking at other topics it seems like this isn't doable, although I can see that there is the PATCH API to update users which includes an Images list object. Although, this only seems to be the profile picture (and I wasn't even successful in my attempts to replace that via API either - not sure what I was missing).
