I want to delete old recordings like interval 2017-01-01T00:00:00/2017-01-31T23:59:59. I saw this help https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/retention-period-for-analytics-data-and-recording/ so I call /api/v2/recording/jobs with agedConversationInterval from API Explorer. But response is "Parameter agedConversationInterval is supported only when qm.release.bulkAction.tartarusSupport is enabled"
How can i wake up tartarus?
