I am using Developer Portal and executing bulk export jobs using the recording APIs. In the given time interval I have checked using the conversations query that there are around 856 conversations. Once the status changes to READY, we see that all the recordings under skipped recordings, and total recordings is 0.
response : "totalConversations": 856, "totalRecordings": 0, "totalSkippedRecordings": 846, "totalFailedRecordings": 0, "totalProcessedRecordings": 0, "percentProgress": 0,
We went ahead and executed the job and status changed to Fullfilled . Now the response was : "totalConversations": 856, "totalRecordings": 0, "totalSkippedRecordings": 0, "totalFailedRecordings": 0, "totalProcessedRecordings": 0, "percentProgress": 100,
We have proper S3 integration . We were able to do few test runs where some recordings exported successfully to S3 bucket. We don't have any policy that deletes or purges any recording in the selected interval .
What is the meaning and reason behind skipped recordings ? Why does it show zero total recordings ?

Customer-specific data cannot be investigated via the forum. If you require further assistance investigating why the recordings were skipped, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care.
