    There are several options depending on the home grown bot. For text based ones, you can use the Digital Bot Connector https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/textbots/digital-botconnector-customer-api-spec for messaging channels and use Dialog Engine Bot Flows with Data Actions to include voice. For those with an audio streaming option, you can use Audio Connector https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/audiohook/features#audio-connector for a websocket based app.
