Hi,
I'm trying to find if any of the integrations/data actions allow an option of calling the AWS parameter store in chat flow, please let me know if this is possible in Genesys architect flows.
Thanks

Hi, can I please get a response on this?

That's theoretically possible, in a sort of roundabout way. Using Lambda Data Actions, we're able to perform cross account role assumption to invoke a lambda that resides within your own AWS account. This lambda is capable of performing whatever tasks you program it for, including accessing additional resources within your AWS account (assuming it's correctly configured with appropriate IAM role access to those resources, etc.). So while it's not a direct integration with Parameter Store, it is theoretically possible to reach parameter store. For more info on Lambda Data Actions, please see: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-the-aws-lambda-data-actions-integration/

Yes, you were right. Able to call parameter store using a lambda function, thanks!
