Callback metrics in the Analytics API

    Hi,

    I believe that Callbacks are available in PureCloud analytics API from August 30, 2017. However looking at the Metrics information at below doesnt provide "Callback" metric.

    That page hasn't been updated since callback metrics have been released. Is there something in particular you're looking for? The callback metrics feature primarily just allows you to retrieve existing metrics for media type callback now.

    I was looking callback in the metrics instead of media type. Thanks for the help.
