    Hi,

    We are trying to make callback via POST /api/v2/conversations/callbacks both by developer tools and by JS sdk code implementation. The callback gets placed in queue and we are able to begin the callback but it disconnects after 12-15 s approx. and the person on the client's end wasn't able to hear the agent. We observed an error "protocol timeout" once. Is this a known issue?

    Note: We were able to make successful callback few days back and had a 39s duration of callback conversation.

    Hi @Soundarajan_Sridevi That sounds like it could be a problem with configuration of the agent's station. I experienced calls disconnecting immediately when my agent station/DID number assignment wasn't configured correctly, even though I was on queue (another thing to check though it seems obvious).
