  • 1.  Callbacks: Auto Dial and Auto End registration feedback?

    Hello Everyone,
    Hope everybody's doing fine.
    We registered fro the Callbacks: Auto Dial and Auto End on the first hour of the opening of the Beta link, but we did nt receive any news, positive or negative. Our users are really eager to test this functionality, they've rejected the callback until we can provide automatic calling. So now that they they've heard about the Beta, there expectations are high and they're getting fidgety
    Thanks for any news on that topic that we can pass on to them,

    Hi Francois, 

          We are in the final dev-test cycles and we are looking forward to start enabling this beta for our customers very soon. The beta link was prepped to start collecting user input and beta participants before hand and not wait till we were dev complete. We have a size-able number of customers who have opted in and I am looking forward to enabling this capability and share our common learnings as we go through the beta process. More updates will be forthcoming as soon as I am satisfied with the changes and can verify them in my prod env.

    Vaun - Sachi is on PTO this week but from the notes he left for me - I can see that we are on schedule and are looking to goto beta at the end of the month!

    Any updates on this Beta?

    We currently have a piece of Javascript to do this and would like to be on the Beta in our Dev Org - but none of the links work anymore.
