- In a typical call flow for Contact center, how does DipConnector responses like Conflict (multiple caller id match) and No-Content (no match) be handled?
- Does the flow allow additional prompts (like DOB - Date of Birth, Customer-associated phone number) be asked and the same be queried using DipConnector?
- What do I do in my DipConnector implementation to receive the additional inputs (original caller id and DOB), so that my customer lookup return a unique customer?
