    Can a Email Conversation waiting on the Queue be disconnected/ended on the queue? I tried the conversation disconnect API with client credentials access token but getting 403 Forbidden.

    Currently, you need to wait for them to be ACD assigned before you can disconnect them. Do you have a specific use case for disconnecting emails in queue? There is a project that's being chartered for this work, so I can add your use case to it.

    Yes, there is a use case that user may create a conversation by mistake and decides to cancel/disconnect the conversation as he is on wrong side.
