Hi,
In WFM, instead of entering the Agent ID manually during the HRIS integration, can the HRIS(Workday) system somehow fetch the Employee ID from the Genesys Profile?

The ability to enter external employee id manually in Workforce Management / Agents UI is for various exception cases. To import agent external ids into Genesys, use "Agent Account Ids" workflow in HRIS Integration configuration. However, those ids are not from Genesys Profile. They should come from external system, to which the integration is being done.
