Hello,
When using Canned responses in Webchat, {{AGENT_NAME}} returns firstname and lastname of the agent.
Would it be possible to return only the firstname ? I don't know how to access this variable to keep only the string I am interested in.
Any ideas ?

You can do that using agent alias today where you set the agent's first name to be their alias.

Thank you @anon39326996 , it works but when I activate the new section person_agent with the firstname as an alias, it appears and overrides the default field used in webchat which is "Agent".
I do not want to display the name of the agent handling the webchat interaction for now.

Yeah you're right, if you set the agent alias then it's used for all the channels. There's currently no way to use it only selectively.
