I seem to only have two choices for getting a recording:
- Both the agent and caller channels are merged together into a mono recording.
- Two separate audio files with the agent in one file and the caller in the other.
Stereo produces a much better experience for us, so we need to retrieve the two separate files, merge them together, and then save them to S3 for processing. It would be much easier for us to retrieve just a stereo S3 recording from PureCloud.
Is there a setting that would enable this? Is there a way to accomplish this on your end?

Hi Brian, you can disable Dual Channel recording on the trunk:
