Hello Developer Forum,
We recently adopted PureCloud and are enjoying the features available.
Right now we are trying to host an existing website in whole (eventually it will be limited to specific endpoints) and we are having trouble authenticating users. Upon attempted login, the iframe hangs and the redirect does not happen or it fails. The browser is Chrome (ver. 85- x64).
Some points:
- It works just fine in the normal application
- Despite needing it to work in Chrome, I have gotten it to work in Firefox
I am not sure why this is or what is happening behind the scenes, does anyone have a clue? Attached is a picture of the screen for context.

Hi,
if it's the case that your application works correctly in Firefox and not in Chrome then please open a case with Care so they can investigate it to see it it's a bug in Genesys Cloud.
