    Hi we will need to comply with CCPA requests to delete/anonymize data. In regards to any calls it looks like we are supposed to use the GDPR api. Am I understanding this correctly?

    However, when I do a subject request with a California phone number (that should be in the system) I always get the following message:

    { "status": 500, "code": "internal.server.error", "message": "HTTP exception while searching for dialer contacts", "contextId": "1a592302-6994-4667-a53a-a1dd4b60fc2f", "details": [], "errors": [] }

    What is the criteria exactly for making these requests? Am I doing something incorrectly?

    Please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate; 5xx errors cannot be investigated via the forum.
