    Hi All,

    We're working our way through integrating data from Genesys Cloud into our business Datalake and noticed for Conversation Detailed Jobs (as per https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/analytics/conversation_details_job.html our server only has availability up-to around 78pm NZ Time when we run the job and ingest it. I believe this should be the 57pm-ish AU time which is where our server should be located and the times seem to line up as per documentation per API page.

    My question is, would it be possible to change the data availability times to allow us to get a full days data the next day? i.e. Run the job 5~7am Today to get yesterday's full data?

    One of our contacts suggested we mix using the job and get the delta off by running a separate query, but I felt this would be too cumbersome to process around 300~500 conversations (for our business) daily separately from the job which already gets around 1000+ conversations.

    Is it possible to change up the data availability from Genesys' Analytics Datalake for our business?
