Hi,
Is it possible to obtain a previous conversation's message history using the Web Messaging Guest API?
I am aware there is documentation here -> https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/websocketapi#retrieve-message-history but the steps are a little unclear. I am using the API server for my region but what is the endpoint that I hit to obtain the JWT? I am using a custom UI and am able to establish a websocket connection and generate the token. I just get 404's when trying to hit variations of the webmessaging endpoint to obtain the JWT from a Guest Webmessaging conversation.

Hi Stephan,
to get the GWT to use in the Rest API, you should us the websocket connection and send the command getJwt with your token session.
let me know if it's not clear enough or if you are facing another issue
