Hello.
In Genesys Cloud Web Sites, we can check the status for each WebRTC Phone's Status. (Status : Operational / Non-Operational / etc...)
I wonder if I can check the status value of the WebRTC Phone With Genesys Cloud API. It was difficult to check the exact value when using API below.
[GET] /api/v2/telephony/providers/edges/phones https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-telephony-providers-edges-phones
In Genesys Cloud Web, although the WebRTC status appears to a 'Non-operational', the state value of the API still appears to be active.
So, I'm asking if i can check another api or another value.
