Hi, We've been testing out the new PATCH /api/v2/routing/conversations/{conversationId}, for updating the priority of the routed call. It works just as intended, however, i tried using the conversation/conversation detail APIs to retrieve this new "priority", but these do not return the priority (or at least not the updated one).
Is there a way to retrieve the updated priority after the call has been completed, for troubleshooting/reporting purposes?

Hi,
Can you try GET /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId} for obtaining the updated priority if you haven't tried that API yet.

Hi, Yeah, tried it, but it only returns the priority of the participant "acd", and it is "0", even though i set the priority of the call to "10" using the new API.
