"Client not found" error in OAuth Client Credentials login process

    Getting a "client not found" error when running the code below. Redacted ID and secret in image.

    This is the response:

    {"error":"invalidclient","description":"client not found","errordescription":"client not found"}

    Any guidance would be appreciated.

    That error is either because you have a typo in your client ID or the OAuth client actually doesn't exist in the region to which you're connecting (mypurecloud.com). Client credentials can only be used with the API in the same region as the org in which they were created.

    Tim,

    Where can I confirm the region? We plan to make two queries (listed below) once we are thru auth.

    When you log in to the Genesys Cloud app (what your agents use), take note of the domain in the URL. There's a list of regions and the associated URLs here: https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/rest/
