We are trying to end a conversion within a flow by setting a wrapupcode and disconnecting it in the flow. When we do it this way, we are able to generate flow bases reports.
Is it possible to "connect" the conversation to a queue without transfer it to the queue?
The goal is to create queue-based reports that include conversations that were disconnected in the flow.
