The Collaborate chat quick access / keyboard shortcut for recent chat rooms feature team is pleased to open applications for Beta candidates. Beta testing is an important part of our development process and we sincerely appreciate your interest in participating!
A new search option has been added to Genesys Cloud collaboration chat. You can access via keyboard shortcut (Mac: command + ' Windows: Ctrl + ') or by clicking the magnifying glass in the Collaborate Chat UI.
Upon accessing the Quick Access modal you can search for a person or a group and navigate your search results with your up and down arrows or mouse. By default, your ten most recent collaborate chat conversations will display in your results. Then click a result to navigate to that conversation.
