    Hi everyone, quick question on the Orchestrator badge series ๐Ÿ‘‹

    I'm working towards the Community Producer badge and currently one activity from completing this.  However, I'm having a small challenge with the final activity of completing the "Community Debut Challenge," specifically the "Finish Debut Challenge" activity. I've finished all five steps (multiple times ๐Ÿ˜‚), including fully filling out my profile, but it doesn't seem to be registering as complete.

    I also noticed the related community post is no longer accepting responses, so I'm wondering if this activity is still valid?

    Have I just I completely missed the boat on this one? Or am I missing some thing obvious.?! ๐Ÿ˜Š Appreciate any replies!

    Hi @Clare Sweeney, I believe the activity is still active since the instructions are still visible. Hopefully, @Nicole Milliken can jump in here to confirm. It seems like the system occasionally hits a snag and doesn't mark activities as complete right away.

    Thank you, Nicolas - it looks like some activities can take a while longer than others to register, I felt I was pretty patient on this one too but it would be right after I posted this that it all completed :). Better late than never though. :)

    Yes, sometimes it can take up to 48hrs to "register as complete."

    Thank you, Nicole - it definitely had quite a delay but it did register in the end.  I'm now patiently waiting for the new Trivia Tower to drop, it's my last activity to get both my Conductor Badge in the community as well as my Orchestrators badge.!  I see one should be coming soon, looking to thatโ€ฆ.

    Mine showed up after 2 days, but, of course I was too anxious to wait, and I ended up emailing the community to check if I was doing something wrong LOL

    Same, Nadine - only I waited a week, I was convinced I was just missing a step but no; was just a delay in registering, the others have ticked off really quickly so I was convinced I was missing something but alas, was just patience :)

    I would love to give you the secret sauce but I've no idea, literally a week or more I waited and then I finally decided to post for assistance an it completed .!  Great way to connect with lovely people though, and seems there is sometimes delays in progress registering so hopefully yours catches up soon, my friend.!

    I'm seeing the same thing...completed Community activities not carrying over to Orchestrators. I've inquired internally and will update when I know more.

    Hi Daniel, I can now say from experience that I've had a few activities that have registered and passed through & updated really swift; sometimes almost instantly but then I've had others (this included) which has taken over a week.  If you are experiencing challengers, you can send a quick email to our Orchestrators support team, you don't want to be missing activities that help with your Orchestrator level and your rewards, so drop them an email at 

    genesysorchestrators@genesys.com with the detail and I'm sure the team will be more than happy to help to resolve this for you.!  (Assuming you were more patient than me and waited a week or more, just in case.! ๐Ÿ˜)

    Hi,

    Yes, this is a common issue, with a simple solution.
    Yes, it sometimes, does take time to update the badges (Producer, Conductor, Composer, Maestro) however an email to Genesys Orchestrators gets it resolved.
    Kathryn Verdoni was kind enough to help me out in no time.
