    Seems to be working sorta slow, but improving.

    The white overall theme is super bright and painful, just like the new UI. Dark Mode when?

    Hey Everyone,

    A few requests for dark mode. My dev and I were playing around with it. 

    Research shows that our software provider "Does not support dark mode" but you can still turn it on. The results are definitely dark and a little funny. My profile picture looks like negative man or something.

    Also if you are using google chrome you can force dark mode by going to  chrome://flags/ search for "dark" and enable it.

    Looks clean and refreshed in line with Orchestrators and the new Cloud UI. I agree, though, that a dark mode option would be ideal across the board!

    I really like the direction it's going and the color theme. As others have mentioned a dedicated dark mode will be awesome, but I'm fine with the white.
    My biggest feedback is I liked the size of the old profile photos in threads. They seem a bit smaller now and just harder to see peoples faces, but not critical.

    A couple of possible bugs I've found as well:

    1) When I go to edit my contact details, I don't see the field names:

    2) It looks like some ribbons are duplicating the new with the old on profiles. (I do love the look of the new ribbons and profile banner a lot.)

    Again love the directions it's looking and know the bugs will get ironed out!

    Hey Tristen,

    Thanks for the praise and raising awareness. I can say that the ribbons should all be taken care of now, in theory. There are some processes that are running in the background for the sync so hopefully if anything looks a bit off, it'll only be temporary. Do keep us posted if you see anything else that doesn't quite look right!

    Hey Tristen,

    Those fields are all auto populated by your Genesys Profile and shared with multiple sites (not just the community). In the future, editing those fields will be turned off (if it isn't already).

    Matt,

    Overall, the new theme feels nice and clean, but I'm noticing that the Date/Time of a post is no longer being displayed.  This can be a critical piece of information when searching past topics for issues, advice or guidance on something new to me, but the community has addressed before.

    An item posted 8 years ago may not be as relevant as an item posted 8 days ago.  Freshness matters.

    I poked around in my preferences but didn't see an option to enable to show it again.

    This is a great catch! I was shocked to discover that you are right...well...mostly. The good news is that this is a font issue. The date is there. It is just in WHITE text, so not displaying. Will have my dev update this ASAP.

    Hi, 

    The new theme looks great! Navigation feels smoother and faster. Thanks for sharing the update, looking forward to seeing more improvements as the community evolves.

    I noticed that when clicking on "Ribbons Partner," it redirects to the AppFoundry community. Is that the expected behavior?

    The new landing page is great.  I particularly like the Followed Content, which allows you to get back into a thread you've been interacting with.   All of the tiles relating to the different things going on in the Community is really helpful too.  I like you've aligned this change with the new UI update too.  

    One thing I noticed is that the post button doesn't appear as a button.  I'm on MS Edge.  Would be nice to have it stand out from the other options, maybe like a blue or orange Post button.

    Overall I really like the update. Things are in different places but that's not a bad thing here. I haven't tried the search functionality yet(hoping it works better!) but for just dipping my toe in this morning, I'm digging it.

    @Matt Lawson - Couldn't find if this was brought up or not, but whenever I have to log into the Community, I noticed the Login button is only visible on hover. Perhaps make the login button a darker color or the text darker?

    I second this one. And thank you, Brian, for pointing out it was available on hover! I hadn't realized, and as a work around was clicking on Sign Up, logging in on that page, and then coming back to the original point and refresh to recognize the log in. Kind of a clunky experience. If the Log In button could be a permanently visible fixture on post pages and darker, I would be a very happy camper.

    which directs to a 'Page not Found'

    Not sure if this is related to the update, but when I click on the "Reporting and Analytics" community, it redirects me to Genesys - Main. It seems to be the only community that's doing that. I've tried clearing cookies/cache, but still happening. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing that?
