Hi,
I found the intraday UI stats provided a difference "Completed" value if I compare it to the data source from the conversationsAggregatesQuery API. Based on the explanation, the "Completed" is defined as sum of tHandle.count in the conversationsAggregatesQuery API (below)
POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query
Could someone enlighten me what is wrong? How can I get the same value as intraday monitoring UI provided?
