Hi all,
we have problems with some data actions in the architect. we are suspecting the limit of simultaneous executions. https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/organization/limits.html#data_actions
according to the link's documentation, the limit of simultaneous executions on data actions by default is 15. I would like to know if I can see the quantity configured in my organization and how do I increase the limit
can I do it myself, or do I need to activate the support?

Hi marcoflopes,
Please contact support. They can check your current limit, if you are having data actions dropped due to the simultaneous execution limit, and request a limit increase if needed.
