    I have come across an issue was wondering if anyone can help.

    I am working on the two step transfer (consult transfer). When taking this action, using both the PureCloud and my app, the transfer seem to complete but then the call seems to get disconnected after about 15 seconds without either party terminating the call.

    Do you know what could be causing this and how to fix it?

    if it is happening in the PureCloud app, you'll probably need to open a support ticket for it. Might be a misconfiguration/bug/something else with your edge

    Do you mean raise a support ticket at PureCloud or for someone who setup the servers?

    Might be a misconfiguration/bug/something else with your edge

    Are you able to confirm that this is not a system bug and most likely isolated to our setup/config?
