Hello everybody,
I have the question with the "External Contact" section. In an organization we have some duplicate contacts. We do not know why this is happening. Since it has even allowed the same person to be stored up to 5 times, with exactly the same data. I would appreciate if you know why this happens and how we can avoid duplicating duplicate contacts.

I don't believe that enforcing unique names/configurations of contacts is a feature. You can request new features and share your use case at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/.
