Hi everyone,

Still not clear for me if we do have choices to send anything but the "Phone ANI" when consulting an external number prior to a transfer.
In a client environment, if the agent calls an external number it shows the Queue Calling Party Number as ANI. But if there is a call connected to the agent and they use the Consult/Transfer button to call an external number the call shows the phone ANI. I need it to show the Queue Calling Party Number when doing external Consultation/Transfer and would be great to have more options in case I need to force different ANI in the future.
I'd appreciate any help!

POST /api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/consult does not support specifying a custom outbound ANI in the request, so the outbound ANI will be set per system configuration rules. You can request additional options for setting the outbound ANI at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
