I have an issue when using the Conversation Aggregate API where its returning call metrics in different intervals creating a complex multilevel JSON string which is difficult to map to SQL. I have a few solutions which I need assistance with.
- Map the complex JSON string and pull apart in SQL (not a Purecloud issue)
- Add the Conversation Start Time to the Conversation Aggregate API which would allow me to group.
- Use the Conversation Detail API to obtain the Conversation Start Time however having issues with paging and also want to reduce the amount of data coming through this API.
Can anyone offer assistance with 2 & 3 or maybe suggest a different course of action? Corey
