Currently we call the conversation aggregate at 01:00 to pickup conversations, queues and skills for the previous day.
I have noticed that there are more conversations picked up in the conversation details API. However if i re-run conversation Aggregate a couple of days later it seems to pick up missing calls.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be? A volume issue? Timeout? Unfortunately i don't seem to be getting any error messages so this is a little difficult to diagnose.

Please open a ticket with PureCloud Support to report missing data.
