Can we use Conversation detail jobs endpoint to get data without metrics and segments. If yes could you provide the request body.

No. Most endpoints have minimal customization, they just give the object they're designed to give.
There are numerous ways to drop, skip or remove data you don't want to deal with, but nothing at the API level.

Okay thanks, I raised this because we used this endpoint for historical or bulk Particpant attribute data.
