    I had stored a conversation, and when I requested the same one later from the API, the conversation start had changed.

    Stored -

    'conversationid': '07df4be7-a59a-4cc6-a61c-cda5d5dcd2e3', 'conversationstart': datetime.datetime(2016, 8, 21, 13, 1, 3, 644000, tzinfo=tzutc()),

    New -

    'conversationid': '07df4be7-a59a-4cc6-a61c-cda5d5dcd2e3', 'conversationstart': datetime.datetime(2016, 8, 22, 15, 7, 12, 70000, tzinfo=tzutc()),

    This conversation involved a callback. The conversation start time on the new data matches when the agent responded to the callback.

    Is this intentional?

    The change in conversation start time was not intentional. We did recently fix some bugs around this particular area, so please let us know (via the usual support channels) if you encounter this again.
