Good Afternoon,
Im trying to start a call through APIs, My first call is in /api/v2/conversations/calls passing the phoneNumber parameter. But on my PureCloud screen the call remains on contacting until drops, if i do a call for the same number on screen all works. To this work by API I need to call another route or change some configurations?

Are you using a webRTC station? If so, be sure to follow step 5: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/select-purecloud-web-based-phone-as-your-phone/

Thanks for the fast reply. Works perfectly. Its possible to active this toogle "Placing calls with another app?" through API?

Unfortunately, no. You must set this toggle manually in the UI every time you open the app.
