    Hi, we are running powerdial on a outbound campaing, I uses /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query (PostConversationsDetailsQuery) to collect conversations in a local db, but i cant see the wrapupcodes that the dialer sets, the system defined wrapupcodes, I mean that I have done that in the past??

    Wrap up code data should be available shortly (1-15 seconds generally) after it's set by the agent. If you're not seeing the wrapup data in the analytics results, please open a ticket with PureCloud Support as missing data cannot be investigated via the forum.

    I can see the wrapups that the agents sets but not system generated. for example ININ-OUTBOUND-FAILED-TO-REACH-AGENT.

    This is currently a known feature. There are plans for improvement of wrap up code handling in analytics via AR-3309. I have added your request to this issue.
