Hi, We want do the reconciliation of the data(to check whether data is missing) we are getting through our application for a particular endpoint(mentioned below) against what actually is there in genesys for that endpoint for a given interval. Endpoint : api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query In the document it is mentioned that the total_hits will provide the total records on genesys end but it is not reliable as it can take duplicates into account, so what is the most suitable way to achieve this task
