  • 1.  Create callback

    Hi, I'm trying to create a callback but it fails with following error:

  "code": "forbidden",
  "message": "Unable to perform the requested action. You are missing the following permission(s): [conversation:callback:create]",
  "details": [],
  "errors": []
}

    I'm using the method: /api/v2/conversations/callbacks as described here: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/conversations/index.html

    It's like some permission is missing but I have all the permissions available in my Org. What can I do?

    If you look at a role you should see this permission (make sure you select All Permissions and not just Assigned Permissions

    let me konw if that permission is not there

    Thanks @KevinGlinski unfortunately I don't see this permission in my Org. Under Conversation I only see Call Forwarding, Call, Communication, Conference, Fax, One Number Fax, Participant and Recording.

    Callbacks are currently in a limited controlled release. Callbacks are tentatively planned to be made GA at the end of June.
